Continue to see Dr. Bondy without the barriers of a traditional insurance system.
We believe in transparent pricing. While insurance is not accepted for services, you can use insurance for testing and medications. Dr. Bondy does prior authorizations to get your medications and testing covered.
In addition, we will provide you with a superbill after your visit. You may submit this to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement with the exception of Medicare insurance plans. HSA/FSA are also accepted.
If you choose this pay per service option, please note that Dr. Bondy is available to message directly via the patient portal in between appointments however, at her discretion she may need to address your concerns in a follow-up visit to provide you the best care. Your safety and care is her top priority.
