To be clear, stress is not the cause of headache disorders. Migraine and many other headache disorders are genetic, neurologic disorders. However, like any medical condition, they can be influenced by how the body responds to stress. Learning to regulate that response is a powerful way to reduce symptoms, promote healing, and restore a sense of control.
