For the best use of your visit, please submit records and imaging in advance so Dr. Bondy can carefully review them ahead of time.
During your visit, Dr. Bondy will thoughtfully review your diagnosis or suspected diagnosis and, if needed, order additional testing to clarify underlying causes. She then develops a treatment plan customized to your unique needs. Her holistic approach includes addressing lifestyle/environmental triggers and offering both advanced medication therapies and medication-free strategies, ensuring your care aligns with your goals and preferences.

Dr. Bondy can still see you in consultation while you are in Arizona, provide expert recommendations, and perform in-office procedures. At present, she is licensed only in Arizona, so an ongoing concierge membership would require you to travel here for follow-up care.
If there is strong patient interest, Dr. Bondy may pursue licensure in additional states, allowing her to care for patients virtually across state lines as well as in person.

At Dr. Bondy Headache Center, we do not bill insurance—removing barriers to care and eliminating surprise costs. You may still use your insurance for medications and diagnostic testing, and Dr. Bondy will handle the necessary paperwork to support approvals.
