1. Schedule a consultation

Up to 2 hours one-on-one with Dr. Bondy is scheduled.

***Please note that the full consultation fee is due by the date of your consultation.

2. Receive a welcome text and email

Includes a personalized video and information about your upcoming visit.

3. Submit Intake and Records

This ensures you have the most effective visit with Dr. Bondy. She dedicates time to meticulously review these prior to your visit.

4. Come to your appointment

Expect to be seen right at your appointment time. Leave with a comprehensive plan and packet. If testing was ordered, you will get a free follow-up visit focused on reviewing results.

5. Start Your Membership (if you choose)

Begin your personalized treatment plan, get immediate access to concierge services, and embark on your journey to better health.

Our process for
à la carte Procedures

You may schedule multiple procedures the same day.
Up to 30 minute time slot for one procedure, up to 1 hour for multiple procedures (Actual procedure will be shorter but we like to allow time for preparation, answering questions, and getting you comfortable)

Receive an email and phone call to confirm and ensure you are eligible.

Submit short intake form including
consent forms.

Come to your appointment.

Expect to be seen on time.

**Please note payment for service is due in full at time of procedure. We do have financing options available through Cherry. We accept FSA/HSA.

Who is eligible for à la
carte procedures?

  • Concierge Members 
  • Non-members (have to meet BOTH requirements)
    • 8 years or older (Yes, Dr. Bondy treats kids too!)
    • Under the care of a provider for their headache disorder, facial pain, and/or neck pain. Dr. Bondy will only perform these à la carte services at the recommendation of their provider. This is to ensure the best care possible and patient safety. It is important that you have a provider that knows your entire story and offers recommendations tailored for you. 
  • Non-members
    • If you completed a consultation with Dr. Bondy within the last 6 months
  • Non-members
    • Previous patients seen by Dr. Bondy at Mayo Clinic 

Frequently Asked Questions

Concierge medicine is a modern approach to healthcare that prioritizes time, access, and personalization. Patients pay an annual membership fee to receive personalized medical services and direct access to Dr. Bondy.

Dr. Bondy Headache Center operates on a concierge and direct service model. We do not accept insurance for visits or procedures. This allows Dr. Bondy to provide more time and attention without the constraints of traditional insurance systems. You can, however, use your insurance for medications, diagnostic testing, and imaging. Our team does the necessary paperwork to get your medications covered.

Start by booking and attending your initial consultation to ensure Dr. Bondy is the right fit for your care. Once established, you can enroll in membership by paying your annual fee in full using a debit/credit card, FSA, or HSA, or choose convenient monthly payments at 0% APR through our financing partner, Cherry.

No, Dr. Bondy sees non-members for a consultation visit and à la carte procedures. Procedures offered include Botox, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, and Trigger Point Injections. Please note that for procedures, you have to meet eligibility criteria.

Dr. Bondy specializes in the diagnosis and management of headache and facial pain disorders. While she is a board-certified neurologist, her practice is dedicated to identifying and treating the underlying causes of your headache or facial pain. She commonly treats conditions such as migraine, chronic migraine, vestibular migraine, cervicogenic headache, occipital neuralgia, tension-type headache, cluster headache, headache during menopause/menstrual related, and facial pain such as trigeminal neuralgia, among many others.

Dr. Bondy is also skilled in recognizing, diagnosing, and initiating treatment for postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS). These complex conditions frequently overlap with headache disorders. When appropriate, she collaborates with or refers patients to her colleagues who specialize in autonomic medicine for advanced management.

Dr. Bondy cares for adults and children 8 years and older.

To be seen by Dr. Bondy, YES. This ensures each patient receives Dr. Bondy’s full attention and time. Appointments are typically available within the same week, with Saturday openings for added flexibility.
 
To shop our curated wellness selections and neuromodulation trials, NO appointment needed! Anyone is welcome to shop during store hours. 
Consultation, membership fees, and à la carte procedures can be paid by credit/debit card, ACH bank transfer, HSA, or FSA. Membership fees can be paid monthly or once annually with preferred pricing.
